Job Summary
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident by administering medication, rendering treatments, and assisting with physician orders. Maintain current care plans and review patient records daily to assure accuracy while documenting comprehensive nursing notes. Visit each resident daily to evaluate needs and report unusual findings to the physician. Ensure accurate and safe drug control while maintaining awareness of residents on the alert list. Full-time and part-time openings available on all shifts with weekly pay ranging from $35 to $40 per hour, including shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- Must be CPR certified
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state
- Must be up to date with COVID and flu vaccinations, or acknowledge a declination of the vaccination(s)
