Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides resident care in long-term care and home nursing settings, assisting with personal care activities, medication administration, transfers using lifts/slings, nighttime monitoring, light housekeeping, basic meal prep, outings, and community inclusion. Works in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and provides leadership to the Continuing Care Attendant/Personal Care Worker.
