Job Summary

Assess patients' physical and emotional needs upon arrival, develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, and implement interventions while documenting all nursing actions. Administer medications correctly, enforce infection control protocols, and prioritize acute needs within the physician's orders. Serve as a clinical resource for medical assistants and non-licensed staff, maintain current skills checklists, and conduct in-service training for center personnel. Cross-train on radiological and laboratory functions as required. This role requires a Georgia-licensed LPN with BLS certification and at least two years of experience. Shifts are 12 hours in the morning and afternoon.
