Job Summary
Provide patient-centered care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab. Responsibilities include administering medications, treatments, and injections; monitoring vital signs; assisting with activities of daily living; supporting mealtime and feeding; maintaining accurate care records; and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans. Must hold a Wisconsin LPN license and a high school diploma/equivalent, with flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
