Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for adult residential facilities in New Castle, IN. Full-time Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with NO WEEKENDS and occasional travel; on-call triage 1 week per month. Responsibilities include delivering quality health care management, conducting routine site visits, taking vitals, performing assessments, counseling on medication administration, and documenting progress; serve as a health/medical resource for staff and train staff in the medical arena; conduct medication audits and ensure compliance with state requirements and organizational policies; participate in scheduling and maintain organized records. Strong communication, independence, and organizational skills are required.
