Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in home settings. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care aligned with CDC safety guidelines and clear plans of care. Provide daily monitoring and support for patients requiring focused, uninterrupted attention while utilizing provided PPE and following strict infection control protocols. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, current BLS CPR certification, and required TB testing as part of the clinical team. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and access to a preceptor program for ongoing training and CEU credits.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
- FL Care Provider Background Screening
