Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments while responding to medical needs with confidence. Collaborate with providers and correctional staff to coordinate care for chronic and emergent situations, maintaining accurate documentation. Support a safe, respectful healthcare environment for all patients within a secure, structured setting. This full-time night shift role (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) includes rotating weekends and offers a sign-on and retention bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
- Night shift availability (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Rotating schedule including every other weekend
- Direct patient care capability including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Confidence and clinical skill to respond to medical needs
- Ability to collaborate with providers and correctional staff
- Accurate and timely documentation skills
- Support for chronic care and emergent medical situations
