Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and following care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and EMR entries; communicate with RNs, physicians, and families; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Adhere to infection control protocols and use PPE. Act as an advocate for residents, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Requires completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program and an active LPN license; new graduates welcome.
