Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for pediatric care (ages 0-21) at Bethany Children’s Health Center. Responsible for performing routine nursing procedures for the comfort, safety and well-being of pediatric patients under RN supervision; document assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations; receive/initiate orders based on changing patient conditions; collaborate with assigned practitioner. Requires completion of an LPN Nursing Program and an active LPN license (Oklahoma). School clinical experience plus 1+ year of professional LPN experience preferred. CPR may be obtained upon hire; PALS may be obtained upon hire. Schedule features 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with rotating weekends. Starting hourly rate $22.61, with shift differentials for evenings/nights and weekends. Training/weekend onboarding schedules are detailed; organization emphasizes safety-sensitive role due to OMMA regulations. Located in Bethany, OK, USA.
Required Qualifications
- LPN Nursing Program completed
- 1+ year of professional LPN experience
- Oklahoma LPN license with current CPR (may be obtained upon hire)
- PALS certification may be obtained upon hire
- School clinical experience required in addition to 1+ year of experience as an LPN
- Shift: 12-hour nights; weekends rotating
