Job Summary
Night shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a skilled nursing care setting in Eureka, KS. 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36–48 hours/week. Housing provided. Responsibilities include nightly assessments and routine care, administering medications and treatments, accurately charting patient data, and supporting overall care coordination with night staff. Qualifications: Active LPN license in Kansas; SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred; CPR/BLS certification required; strong attention to detail and accountability.
