Job Summary
Provide exceptional care to residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories and promoting their physical and psychosocial well-being. Create a comforting atmosphere, conduct thorough assessments to document condition changes, and collaborate with nursing and facility teams for coordinated care. Work full-time nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM earning $27–$32/hr based on experience. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
