Supervise all resident/patient treatments, assist physicians and the Director of Nursing in patient examinations, and conduct prescribed treatments including dressing changes, blood draws, and catheter changes. Administer medications as ordered by physicians, perform emergency procedures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Document nurses' notes, physician orders, discharge plans, and dietary changes while ordering and preparing medications from the pharmacy. Notify family and third parties in the event of a patient's death. This role requires unscheduled overtime, weekend work, and travel, with physical demands including frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
