Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Provide nursing care to residents in a post-acute/long-term care setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift. Observe residents and report changes in condition, administer prescribed medications and start IV fluids, perform basic nursing tasks (vital signs, wound care, hygiene, dressing changes), collect samples and conduct routine laboratory tests, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate intervention outcomes.
