Conduct direct patient care in a Long Term Care setting at the Clarksburg WV VA Nursing Facility. Perform duties under the supervision of an RN on duty while adhering to the facility's 27/7 team support structure. Complete four days of classroom orientation followed by two weeks of floor training before working 12-hour shifts in days or nights.
