Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Night Shift provides direct nursing care including treatments, wound care, and medication administration; supervises and supports CNAs/CMAs, delegates tasks, and ensures completion of care; monitors resident conditions, completes focused assessments, and reports changes; participates in care planning and documentation; promotes infection control and regulatory compliance; contributes to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment
