Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring and documenting residents' conditions, including vital signs and changes in status. Assist in developing individualized care plans and provide direct nursing care such as wound care and daily living support. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards, and respond to emergencies as needed. Supervise and support nursing assistants on the night shift. Join the Community Skilled Health Care Centre night shift team starting next week for full-time or PRN positions in a geriatric long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Ability to work independently on night shift
Desired Qualifications
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
