Job Summary
Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards. Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living as ordered by physicians. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status. Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during the 6 PM to 6 AM tour of duty on the assigned unit.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- BLS license
