Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN will plan, monitor and provide nursing care for residents, supervise nursing care and procedures performed by team members, act as a resource in absence of the Director of Wellness and RN, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include executing routine tasks, monitoring clinical issues with caregivers, onboarding new caregivers, coaching staff to meet clinical and performance standards, conducting retention activities, and delivering courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors; participates in team and departmental meetings. Requires an active LPN license and effective communication; proficient with computers and electronic devices; strong English communication skills.
