Job Summary
Conduct medication administration, phlebotomy, and ECGs while documenting in the Electronic Medical Record. Perform intake processes, administer injections, and handle telephone triage under provider direction. Place orders and refill prescriptions as requested. Work within a primary care team to implement preventive care measures and support patient visits from start to finish. New graduates are welcome with on-the-job training provided. Full-time or part-time roles available with tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Current Valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- GPN's one-year timeframe to pass boards
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in busy medical office preferred, but not required
