Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
Additional Requirements
- One (1) year of pediatrics experience for South Carolina applicants
- One (1) year of experience required working under current nursing license for California applicants
- One (1) year of experience required working as a licensed nurse for Louisiana applicants
