Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes. Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is PRN with flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time shifts. Competitive compensation includes shift differentials ranging from $32 to $38/hour.
