Job Summary
Provide compassionate LPN care in a skilled nursing facility in Mount Olive, NC. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring resident conditions, wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, supervising CNAs, documenting all care promptly, and communicating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Flexible scheduling options (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with 12-hour shifts; opportunities for contract-to-hire. Requires NC LPN license; 1+ year LTC experience preferred; CPR/BLS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing or LTC experience preferred
- CPR certification (BLS preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
