Job Summary
LPN position for overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) accepting clients in clients' homes in the Midlothian/Powhatan, VA area. Provide and implement direct patient care, accurate documentation per plan of care, and family/caregiver education. Assist RN/physician with procedures, prepare equipment, and support learning self-care techniques. Coordinate home health services with other disciplines and report needs to the RN or Clinical Supervisor. Requires LPN license, CPR and PPD, 1+ year experience, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; Monday overnights required; familiarity with trachs, vents, feeding tubes, and B&B programs. Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- CPR Certification
- PPD Certification
- 1+ year experience as an LPN
- Valid LPN License
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
