Provide direct patient care in clients' homes and implement the plan of care; document accurately and timely; educate family/caregivers; assist RN or physician with procedures and prepare equipment; participate in coordinating home health services and reporting needs to the RN/Clinical Supervisor; maintain aseptic technique and support patient self-care; overtime opportunities and flexible schedule are available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN License
- CPR Certification
- PPD Certification
- 1+ year experience as an LPN
- Valid Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
