Job Summary
Administer medication to residents in compliance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, conduct admission assessments, and manage clinical system tracking for wounds or infection control. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify physicians or family of health changes, and provide general consultation on health concerns. Maintain confidentiality, communicate across departments, lead educational meetings for residents and staff, and adhere to safety and disaster plans. Requires current LPN license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of senior care experience. Full-time 7am to 7pm shift.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing
- CPR Certified
- 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations in a calm and professional manner
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
