Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Conduct daily nursing care for residents, administer medications, and implement physician orders. Supervise and direct junior staff members, including scheduling and evaluating clinical personnel. Document resident conditions, nursing needs, and pertinent observations while ensuring supplies and equipment are maintained safely. Coordinate care for residents undergoing therapy or procedures and participate in orientation and in-service training. Interview applicants, recommend hires, and manage counseling or disciplinary actions as permitted by state practice acts.
