Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Med Surg

Collects patient data and conducts focused nursing assessments to organize and direct aspects of care under supervision. Implements nursing interventions within patient-centered health care plans, evaluates responses, and advocates for the best interest of patients. Collaborates with health care providers to develop and modify care plans, assists with health counseling, and delegates nursing interventions as appropriate. Communicates effectively with patients and team members while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety standards. Works rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays at Avera St Mary's Hospital.
