Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mason Pointe; Evening Shift; provides nursing care within licensure scope, coordinates individualized resident plans, administers medications (IV therapy if IV-certified), oversees medication processes, documents in the EMR, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, ensures safety, and supports teaching and role modeling of professional nursing practices. Must maintain active LPN licensure and comply with Nurse Practice Act and EverTrue policies; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs; shift includes evenings with potential weekend/holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- LPN licensure in state of practice
- CPR certification
- Specialized training or experience in gerontological nursing preferred
