Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor residents for changes in condition. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the electronic medical record while assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely manner and supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants as appropriate. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations to promote a safe, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Work nights (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM) on a 13-week contract at our long-term care facility in Manchester, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team

- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
