Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans, administering medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents while ensuring accurate documentation of resident care, medications, and treatments. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members, and assist STNAs and other team members as needed to ensure high-quality resident care. Comply with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures. Maintain a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
