Job Summary
Provides nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in group homes and other client areas. Administers medications and treatments as directed by physicians, maintains current Nursing/CPR license, and follows company policies. Works full-time or part-time, 8-hour shifts, with on-call availability for weekends/holidays. Collaborates with direct care staff, documents health-related data, responds to health care needs, and participates in emergencies and safety trainings. Requires a high school diploma or GED, LPN certification, CPR certification, Louisiana driver’s license, and vehicle insurance; passes background checks and drug screenings. Maintains a professional image and adheres to Magnolia’s mission, vision, and policies. All duties performed in accordance with state nursing acts and agency procedures.

- CPR license
- Current Louisiana Driver's License
- Current Automotive Insurance Coverage
- Attends mandatory training & in-services
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
