Job Summary
Provide appropriate nursing care under RN direction by gathering and reporting patient data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures consistent with PAM Health policies. Perform duties on PRN days in the Tulsa LTACH setting, including age and population-appropriate interventions for inpatients. Maintain current LPN/LVN licensure, BLS certification, and IV certification as required. Join a collaborative post-acute team focused on recovery and patient support.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
- Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
