Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed at CVS Health MinuteClinic in Watertown, MA with full-time hours (30–40 per week) and potential to float to Medford, Charlestown, and Wellesley locations. Responsible for holistic patient care, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, vital signs, EKG and point-of-care testing, patient intake and registration, and supporting care planning within a team-based clinic environment. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, BLS, and preferred phlebotomy cert/experience; must be able to work in EMR systems and adapt to multiple clinic sites.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the United States (full, active, and unrestricted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Phlebotomy experience or certificate (preferred)
- Ability to perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to take vital signs and perform diagnostic tests (EKG, retinopathy screening)
- Flexibility to float to multiple clinic locations (Watertown, Medford, Charlestown, Wellesley)
