Job Summary
Provide direct homecare clinical support to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding outcomes through compassionate patient care. Utilize tablet-based electronic documentation for daily patient records while maintaining active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification. Complete TB skin testing and adhere to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling across days, nights, and weekends with weekly or daily pay options. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
