Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and coordinate with operators and clinicians for 24/7 local assistance. Provide care in private duty settings while adhering to state licensing requirements and health-related regulations for Medicare and Medicaid patients.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
