Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to children and adults in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and complete a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Utilize the provided tablet for electronic documentation and adhere to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds. Flexible scheduling is available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
