Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver clinical services with electronic documentation via tablet while maintaining an active, unencumbered state license and current CPR certification. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
