Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Deliver care for patients using Aveanna's tablet-based electronic documentation system while maintaining strict compliance with Medicare and Medicaid health requirements. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. TB skin tests must be current within the last 12 months, and reliable transportation is required. While six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for eligibility. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. New hires enter an initial 12-month measurement period where working at least 130 hours per month makes them eligible for major medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
