Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform duties under 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians using electronic documentation tools provided on patient tablets. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and comply with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
