Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care using electronic documentation tools provided via tablets in each patient's residence. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and adhere to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid funding. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends to accommodate your availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
