Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing support in patient homes, utilizing electronic documentation tablets for accurate record-keeping. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for all shifts. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends. Adhere to all health-related requirements including vaccinations and testing subject to exemptions. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
