Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults across the nation, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for patients in their own homes. Provide licensed practical nursing care while utilizing Aveanna's tablet-based electronic documentation system for efficient tracking. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on components, adhering to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts covering days, nights, and weekends to accommodate your availability. Weekly or daily pay is available, with ACA benefits eligibility determined after the initial 12-month measurement period for employees working 130 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
