Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home settings for children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while completing TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Utilize tablets in patient homes for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
