Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and clinical support within homecare settings for children and adults. Deliver compassionate nursing services while utilizing electronic documentation tools on patient tablets. Maintain active licensure, current CPR certification, and a valid TB skin test in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Ensure reliable transportation for all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Work in a culture recognized as a top wellbeing company with flexible scheduling options and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
