Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate homecare to children and adults with electronic documentation via tablet while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform duties across days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Reliable transportation is required for this national leader in private duty nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
