Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing services in patient homes, utilizing tablets for electronic documentation and maintaining active, unencumbered state licensure. Maintain current CPR certification with a hands-on component and a valid TB skin test within the last 12 months. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Six months of prior hands-on experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
