Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults as a Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Deliver care in patient homes while utilizing electronic documentation tablets for accurate record-keeping. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete required TB skin testing and CPR certification. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
