Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Concordia Senior Living in Oklahoma City, OK. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents’ health status and document changes, assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating), provide emotional support to residents and families, participate in care plan meetings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans. Strong clinical assessment, clear communication with team and families, empathy, time management, and proficiency with EHR systems are required. Shift rotations include 7pm-7am and 7am-7pm in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
