Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, collecting specimens, wound care and catheterization, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Requires graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program and a current LPN/LVN license in good standing; prior healthcare experience preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
