Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility under supervision of the ALF Manager. Responsibilities include assessing residents, documenting health status and medical history, implementing and revising care plans, ensuring accurate documentation of care provided, and communicating with physicians; collaborate with nursing staff to promote residents’ well-being. Requires LPN licensure, 1-5 years in a Long Term Care setting preferred, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights and weekends on a 12-hour shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current, unencumbered LPN license (state-issued)
